At the age of 17, this brilliant teen entrepreneur sold Summly to Yahoo for $30 million and went on to become one of the youngest millionaires in 2013.

Not only did Yahoo buy Summly, it also Nick D’Aloisio appointed him to oversee its release. Today’s Yahoo News Digest is the direct evolution of Summly.

2. Leanna Archer

Yet another child entrepreneur who made news with her brilliant business idea is Leanna Archer. At the age of 9, Leanna started her business by bottling and selling her own hair pomade to her close family and friends.

Leanna Archer is a seasoned entrepreneur with net worth over $3 million. Her company – Leanna’s Essentials sells a full catalogue of natural hair products.

Leanna’s products, based on her Haitian great-grandmother’s secret recipes, are a great hit amongst online customer 80 different countries across the globe.

At just 17 years old, Leanna is not only a successful business veteran, but also a renowned philanthropist. She has also founded Leanna Archer Education Foundation that provides food, shelter, and education for 200 kids each day.

Now 12, Bridges runs a full-fledged company with five employees and a long roaster of investors. Since its launch, Moziah Bridges’ company has been featured in some of the world’s most popular journals including the Vogue, O magazine and Shark Tank.

Success hasn’t stopped this kid from dreaming, Bridges plans to build a full clothing line before he turns 20th birthday.

5. Evan of EvanTube

Well, everyone and their grannies know Evan!

Yeah! This 8-year-old kid has been making waves on YouTube for a while now. With the help of his dad, Evan runs his own YouTube channel, titled EvanTubeHD, where he reviews toys.

Wait before you dismiss Evan as another kid talking about toys! Since posting his first video back in 2011, Evan’s channel has amassed a staggering 4.6 million subscribers and up 1.2 billion page views.

And that’s just half the story:

Evan’s earnings are in the tunes of $1.3 million annually. YEAH! That’s true!

There are quite a few YouTube millionaires, but none like Evan who has pulled a million dollar YouTube channel all with his cuteness and honesty.
